Suppliers

 

A click on the Suppliers menu item opens an overview of all suppliers in the Ensolva Supplier Network, as well as other suppliers used by your company (My Suppliers).

 

Suppliers in the network can be filtered by their status:

• Registered - suppliers that have registered on the Supplier Portal, but have not accepted the General Terms and Conditions of your company. In order for a supplier to participate in tender procedures, it is necessary to send the supplier an invitation via the system1You have to open the supplier form page and click on the Send button. A predefined invitation e-mail will open, in which you have to click on the button to send the e-mail. .
• Invitation sent - suppliers that have been sent an invitation e-mail to accept the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of your company.
• Accepted conditions - suppliers that have accepted the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of your company (these supplier have ti be verified).
• Verified - suppliers that are verified by your company and can participate in RFx-es and eAuctions.
• Rejected invitation - suppliers that have not accepted yourGeneral Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy.
• Rejected suppliers - suppliers that accepted your GTC and PP, but were rejected by your company for some reason.

 

A simple supplier search allows you to search by nameand NIN. After you have entered a desired phrase, it is necessary to click on magnifier button.

When you click on the second search button, a form for filtering suppliers by category of provided products / services is displayed.

 

If you click on the third search button, a form for advanced supplier search is displayed.

 

Double-clicking on a supplier opens the supplier info screen with three tabs: General Data, History of tenders and Users.

The General Info tab contains the information entered by the supplier during registration.

 

The History of tenders tab contains a list of all projects (and RFx-es / eAuctions) in which a supplier has participated, as well as the graphics participation in tenders and the number of projects per month.

 

All registered users of a supplier's company are visible on the Users tab.

 

Note that suppliers can modify their info from their profile on the Supplier Portal.
